Tucked into the base of the scenic Maraetotara Valley, Mokopeka is a 456-hectare leasehold property that combines productive farmland with strategic flexibility. The farm offers a well-balanced mix of flat finishing country and rolling hill terrain ideal for breeding, finishing, and seasonal trading.

Livestock Strategy

  • 1,550 terminal sired breeding ewes, with all progeny finished on-farm
  • 2,500 autumn–winter trade lambs purchased, totalling around 4500 lambs finished
  • 150 steers and 150 bulls, wintered and finished
  • A small herd of 60 Angus breeding cows, with:
