We place a high value on keeping our people safe. To that end, our health and safety policies have been written with you in mind. We want to make sure that you get home for dinner every night.

We recognise that our staff are a significant resource for achieving our target of the highest production standards for all properties. The Directors and Shareholders of Horizon Farming Limited believe that all serious injuries at work can be prevented and accept the need to actively promote the highest standards of safety awareness and accountability to ensure this can be achieved.

All contractors must check in to the property through Onside; they then need to communicate directly with the farm manager to advise the date and time they will be onsite. At this point, the farm manager will advise on any health and safety hazards in their work area.
